Kailyn Lowryis soon to be a mother of seven boys.
The pregnantTeen Mom 2alum, now 31, revealed the sex of her twins on Monday while on a call with her boyfriend, Elijah Scott, which she posted toInstagram, along with footage from a sex reveal party with her kids.
“They’re both boys!” she said, expressing her shock as she read the message out loud, with more stunned reactions coming from off-camera.
On the call, Scott had initially asked her to wait until he got back from “the game.”
“When is the game over?” she asked amid her anticipation for their big news. “An hour?! No.”

In interview-style footage from Lowry’s party, her sons weighed in on what they thought the babies' sex was going to be, with 13-year-old Isaac hilariously commenting he thinks his mom should “stop having kids.”
“Gender reveal part 2!” Lowry captioned the secondInstagramvideo. “Pumped to tell the kids…and of course one smoke cannon doesn’t go off. I should’ve known then it was foreshadowing the future chaos 😜.”
Sure enough, in the grand pink-and-blue balloon display surrounding giant white T-W-I-N letters outside, only one cloud of blue smoke can be seen.

“I’m pregnant with twins,” she announced on her podcast. “Surprise, the trolls were right again.”
As for her choice to not immediately share the news of Rio’s birth, Lowry explained she wanted to be able to tell her own story “on my own terms and kind of share what information I wanted to share instead of being within a contractual obligation or storyline.”
Lowry said she discovered her twin pregnancy during her birthday trip to Thailand earlier this year and got confirmation once she came home, just six weeks into the pregnancy. She shared they’re due before the end of the year.
“We got the same due date as Rio’s original due date. The exact same date, not a day off,” she shared, adding it will be a scheduled C-section this time around due to complications in her pregnancy with Rio.
“Very on brand for us. We’re going to have Irish triplets, all born in the same month.”
