The victims were sons of family friends, according to astatementfrom the Orange County District Attorney’s Office.In November, a jury found Beltran, 58, guilty of 24 felony charges related to the seven kids’ abuse.Beltran was charged in Orange County for the incidents involving seven boys from 6-13 years old, spanning from 2003 to 2017. The child ended up telling his mother about the abuse after she reportedly noticed him exhibiting strange behaviors. The little boy’s brother, 10, also said Beltran had abused him.
