IfLove Is Blind’sseason 5 finalebrought closure to another set of hopeful couples, the upcoming reunion will be focused on reopening old wounds.
Love Is Blind: The Reunion,premiering Sunday on Netflix, will reunite the cast for the first time since the finale wedding episode to reveal who’s still together, who gave love a second chance, and to unpack this season’s drama.
The trailer for the reunion special promises no shortage of theatrics as the season 5 cast confronts one another face-to-face.

“You told me you and Uche discussed coming on this show,” she says, later adding, “I think everybody wants answers. Just be real.”

The trailer also features another moment fromJared “JP” PierceandTaylor Rue’s Mexico trip, in which the couple shared some very awkward moments, including an exchange when JP finally admitted he feltuncomfortable with her makeupafter their reveal.
“You’re literally putting on a totally different face,” he said in the clip from episode 6.
“That was very clear you did not try,” Taylor tells JP at the reunion, later admitting, “I don’t think he was attracted to me.”

Another heated moment in the trailer comes as they look back on the cast BBQ, where Johnie Maraist accused Stacy of being “deceitful” and Stacy shot back that she’s a “s— person.”
Confronting each other since their explosive argument, Stacy says, “If you wanna go there, let’s pop the top.”
In response, Johnie appears to tear up and get emotional.

In the final moments of the trailer, Chris admits, “It doesn’t always end in fairytales.”
Then, co-hostVanessa Lacheydrops the final question: “Did you guys kiss?”

Season 5 ofLove Is Blind— which recruited 20- and 30something singles from Houston — debuted on Sept. 22. Episodes have been dropping each week until Friday’s10th and final episode, which saw the remaining couples head to the altar to decide whether to say “I do” or call off their relationships.
While Milton and Lydia ultimately said “I do”, Stacy realized she wasn’t on the same page as Izzy, and the two parted ways.
The reunion’s air date was first announced on Tuesday, with Netflix confirming that it would not be live after theirmassively delayedseason 4 reunion specialin April.

The producer also said he experienced the inaugural event like most fans: sitting in his living room watching chaos unfold.
Despite the stress, Coelen found the silver lining in the situation. “Ultimately, the great thing that came out of that night was it showed how much significant interest there is inLove Is Blind. I really appreciated that,” he said.
