Posting a photograph of Tristan, 11 months, playing in the sand on a beach in Newport Beach, California, Heather began the caption of her post, writing, “2023 brought me the boy who changed my life, brings me so much happiness, and is the best addition to our family 🥹.”
“Going into 2024 with my heart being so full 🫶🏻,” the reality star, who is also a stepmom to Tarek’s two kids — sonBrayden James, 8, and daughterTaylor Reese, 13. whom he shares with ex-wifeChristina Hall— added.

Heather and Tarek welcomed their son on Jan. 31, 2023. At the time, they introduced their little one to the world with a joint Instagram post, though they didn’t reveal his name or face.
“It was a huge shock,” Heather said. “We just weren’t expecting this. We had just gone through IVF. We had embryos on ice. We had a plan.”

Back in November, Heather opened up to PEOPLE about herexperience with motherhood so far.
“It’s truly the best experience,” she said. “I did not think that I would love being a mom as much as I do, and I truly love being a mommy. It’s my favorite.”
“It’s my era of my life and my favorite chapter of my life, and I just cannot wait to watch him grow and see all these little new things that he’s doing. It’s the best,” the proud mom added.
Earlier this month, Heathergot a tattoo of Tristan’s namebehind her right ear. She shared a close-up shot of her new ink in anInstagram post, which featured a large heart and her infant son’s moniker written in cursive letters.
