Germany ’s highest tribunal on Tuesday ruled that Google has no obligation to hold back websites for calumniatory content before including them in search result .
The Federal Court of Justice notice that Google was n’t responsible for for trawling through content before it appeared in the search engine . Rather , it only needs to take away content in the issue that it was alerted of a clear rape of Europe ’s “ right to be bury ” laws .
The decision comes as a result of a case brought forward by two people trying to hold Google accountable for link to defamatory websites , Reuters reported .
