Erika Girardiis keeping her latest last name.

While speaking atBravoCon 2023, theReal Housewives of Beverly Hillsstar — also known as Erika Jayne — said she has no plans to change from Girardi after her disbarred, estranged husbandTom Girardi’s legal woes.

In addition, Erika, 52, referenced the legal troubles she’s faced, including being named as an alleged accomplice to her estranged husband, as an element of her last name decision. “Considering all the legal things that are going on right now, yes I would love to but it’s such a f—ed process for me right now, it’s almost not worth it,” Erika said before adding, “But thank you, I definitely thought about it.”

She referred to Tom’s wrongdoings, which include a recentindictment on fraud charges for allegedly stealing from the victims' families of a 2018 plane crashand first arose in 2020, at the same time Erikafiled for divorceafter 21 years of marriage. Still, Erika maintains she had no insight into Tom’s criminal actions. Some of the related lawsuits do name Erika as an alleged accomplice.

One ongoing legal battle alleges Erikawas the “frontwoman”in one of Tom’s alleged financial schemes.

Despite the legal chaos, Erika has turned her sights back to her passions. While at the convention, she announcedher Las Vegas residencywill become a two-part docuseries on Bravo titledErika Jayne: Bet It All on Blonde.She called it her return to music after the lawsuit turmoil.

“Tom’s behavior was bad for three years,” Erika said inthe trailer. The s— this man did. His family, he hurt them too. Now I have to pick up and do a show. It’s not like it’s going to get any f—ing better."
