Thanks to a Freedom of Information Act postulation by “ concerned citizen ” Robert Ainsley , the Leicester City Council was forced to yield ( by law ) that it did not have a zombie spirit survival plan on the book .
After Ainsley asked the Council “ what provision [ they ] have in home in the issue of a zombie invasion , ” the city government owned up to their own wakeless nonperformance . FromThe Telegraph :
Leicester City Council has 20 workings days to answer but its head of selective information governance , Lynn Wyeth , took to local radio [ Thursday ] to turn to the outcome .
She said : “ We ’ve had a few wacky ones but this one did make us laugh .

She tell the BBC : “ If it ’s specifically about automaton then I would say , from my recollection of the program … then unfortunately there ’s nothing in there … saying how we would respond to zombies . ”
