As if most flick were n’t spoilt enough in two dimensions , now studio apartment and top theater director believe that the futurity of movies will be 3D projection . fit in to the New York Times , the great unwashed like Steven Spielberg , Peter Jackson and Jeffrey Katzenberg are preparing films in this data formatting , both for the originative possibilities ( or so they say ) and to stop piracy . More details and a poll after the leap .
Spielberg and Jackson are become to produce a trilogy base on Hergé ’s famous quality , Tintin . Quite candidly , I do n’t do it if I want to see a Tintin picture show ( I have enough with the comic book , thanks ) , much less see Captain Haddock and La Castafiore floating in front of me in three dimension . Just this week at Cannes , the world was just capable to see a U2 concert with an improved 3D forcing out system :
“ The concert moving-picture show gives the audience the tangible experience of being present , as the television camera swivels around Bono ’s cheek , then soars over and down among the 60,000 concertgoers . ”

Great . Bono in 3D as some freaky Wizard of Oz , screaming about redistributing the world ’s wealth while he changes his banding ’s company destination to a taxation - free Shangri-la . And Katzenberg even says that we will all have “ our own 3 - five hundred glasses in the same way they have shades for going outside . ” Mmmmmm’kay . What do you think ?
