He had intended to just kind of stop by and say hi , and he stayed five hours . There ’s even one little consequence in a scene that — I ca n’t tell you what , sorry — but in the conniption on the Millennium Falcon where George said , ‘ Why does n’t Han just do this . It really is a funny small bit that will probably get a jape . And Ron happen to be by the monitor and not inside the Falcon and he goes , ‘ Oh that ’s a great idea , ’ and ran in and said , ‘ George desire us to do this . ’ So that was jolly nerveless . I think George feel pretty neat about that . He could revisit these fiber , and I think he feel so prosperous , apparently with Ron being there , that it was just fun for him .

In conversation withFandango , Alex Garland bring out he ’s developing an eight - sequence “ technology based scifi ” miniseries for FX .
The next undertaking , provided it happens – hopefully we ’re gon na inject it subsequently this year – [ and it ’s ] an eight - part television serial for FX . It ’s a kind of skill fiction , but it ’s a much more engineering based sci fi whereas Annihilation is a more hallucinogenic bod of sci fi and more fantastic configuration of sci fi .
This is slightly more in common with project I ’ve worked on like Ex Machina or Never have Me Go , which are taking something about our humankind now – not our world in the future tense , but our world as it is justly now – and then soak up sort of inference and conclusions from it .
