In a move that should shock no one , Apple filed a countersuit against Creative , maker of several “ me , too ” digital media player , alleging that Creative run afoul on its patents relate to the iPod ’s interface . This is in answer to Creative ’s earliersuit , which also claimed violation of its digital media players . As it stand , Apple has about 77 percent of the digital euphony market in the United States , compared to Creative ’s less than 10 per centum .
