Last night ’s episode was mostly outstanding on its own footing , but there were many point at which I felt as though I ’d missed an sequence — even though I sleep together I had n’t . Last week , Danielle was let out as Stanton ’s mole within the Alphas squad , and Dr. Rosen tried to aid her fly the nation instead of getting arrest . In the end , after she did get enamour , you had this quite sinewy vista where she asks to be locked away with a microchip in her read/write head , so she wo n’t experience any more self-reproach or painfulness . Instead , Dr. Rosen offers her a means to come through her freedom and deliver herself .
So this time around , Danielle ’s quickly whisked off to return Parish , after signing a immense stack of forms — with the hope that she can be a mole and spy on Parish ’s crew . This happens really cursorily , and then she ’s back with Parish and nobody ’s heard for her for a few weeks . If it chance afterwards , then when was that ? I would have like to see a whole installment of Danielle realizing that Parish is a villain , if that ’s a realisation she came to on her own . )

It ’s a good send - off for Danielle — but I ’m a little sad that just as this “ dueling father physique ” plot line is get interesting , it ’s over . This was probably going to be the most interesting way to embroider the difference between Rosen and Parish ’s approaches to the Alphas and their office in the fate of the world . So it would have been nice to get just one or two more episodes of the two military personnel fight over who gets to influence Danielle . rather , her death will probably be a major turn degree for Rosen , Parish and Hicks , in classic “ women in icebox ” style .
Still , a middling decent episode in its own right , and at least now Parish has come out and declared his intention to wipe out a big clump of mankind .
