I would n’t desire to live in West Texas decent now . Why ? Because the Colorado River Municipal Water District , which supply pee to the region , is recycle wastewater ( aka pisswater ) into tap urine . Recycle , reduce , reuse … it never sound so gross .
I ’m sure it ’s healthy and good and blank and all that . Hell , the Colorado River Municipal Water District even spent $ 13 million on a new flora that runs the urine and whatever gnarly stuff is in wastewater through microfilters , reverse osmosis , hydrogen peroxide , UV lightness and any foolproof method acting you could think of . When you ’re deal with pee , it pay to be extra measured . Also , the h2o is completely up to drinking water regulations but … could you imagine ? You ’re drink peeing man !
The fresh piss water will only affect about 27,000 people in Texas and is only happening because the western part has only received 0.1 column inch of rain in the past few months ( they ’re supposed to get at least 7 inches ) . Other city have experiment or are planning standardized systems ( LA , my hometown , has a potential $ 700 million system in the works for example ) that would probably do wonders for maintaining the dropping body of water supplying . But seriously , if a city does use peewater as pat water , I ’d just rather not cognize . Ignorance is bliss , you have sex ? [ Discovery ]
